MAYSOL delivers prepaid card solutions and logistical coordination, including travel and lodging, for clinical trial sponsors and sites. Our services focus on the United States market, with all transactions and payments processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) exclusively.
3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
Users must have the legal authority to enter into these terms. Clinical trial sponsors and sites are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under their accounts.
4. Use of Prepaid Cards and Funds
Prepaid cards issued via our programs must be used in accordance with study protocols and U.S. law. Funds are restricted to study-related reimbursements and participant support strictly defined.
5. Privacy and Confidentiality
MAYSOL is committed to participant privacy. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy and HIPAA where applicable. All parties must maintain strict confidentiality regarding clinical participant data.
6. Compliance and Prohibited Uses
Users agree to follow all federal and state regulatory requirements. Prohibited acts include fraud, money laundering, or any breaches of U.S. clinical research regulations and Massachusetts law.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
MAYSOL provides administrative and payment support only. We are not a clinical research organization. Sponsors and sites are responsible for regulatory compliance. MAYSOL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our specialized services.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Massachusetts only.
9. Changes to these Terms
MAYSOL reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
